January 24, 2017<\/em><br \/>\nShepherd Health, a Miami-based real estate development company has purchased CountrySide Lakes, a 146-Unit Independent and Assisted Living community in Port Orange, FL (<a href=\"http:\/\/countrysidelakes.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CountrySideLakes.com<\/a>). The community will be managed by the brand\u2019s operations arm, Shepherd Senior Living, led by Joseph Jasmon, CEO. Shepherd plans to integrate its distinctive blend of health and wellness offerings, while providing personalized care and services to the residents.<\/p>\n<p>Situated near US 1 and Interstate 95 on just under 7 acres, CountrySide Lakes has expansive landscaped grounds and walking paths, a swimming pool, shuffleboard, a fitness center, a billiards and game room, and a beauty salon and a barber shop.
