Our Lucky Shepherd family of companies stem from two simple, yet powerful notions:
Technology and real estate, when thoughtfully combined, can foster joy and greater human interaction.
and
A deep understanding of generational archetypes, and those currently occupying these roles, can enhance experiences.
Heroes
Millennials
Artists
Silent Generation

How do we instill a sense of multi-generational community while
maintaining generational developments?
That’s where the magic happens.
Meet the teams who
make it all possible.
