DeAngelis Diamond has broken ground on the Shepherd Living at Savannah Quarters project located in Pooler, GA. When complete, this $27 million project will cover 10 acres and accommodate 124 residents. Two single-story buildings totaling 86,000 square feet will serve as senior living, a spa and wellness center, physical therapy, and memory care. Residents at Shepherd Living at Savannah Quarters will enjoy gourmet farm-to-table food, fine wine storage, a full-service salon, a greenhouse, private kitchens, animal therapy, walking trails, and a tavern. The project is scheduled for completion in the spring of 2018.

Shepherd Living at Savannah Quarters will be DeAngelis Diamond’s 30th senior living/multifamily project to-date and second project with the partnership of Shepherd Health and Cobalt Seniors. A similar facility, Shepherd Living at The Range, currently under construction in Madison, Alabama, will be completed this fall.
